By downloading, installing, or using the Girl Dad app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Girl Dad is a mobile application designed to help fathers build stronger relationships with their daughters through personalized tips, guides, challenges, and content tailored to their daughter's age and life stage.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Account
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Girl Dad offers subscription plans that provide access to premium content and features. By purchasing a subscription:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Girl Dad or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Share your account credentials with others
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The content in the App is for informational purposes only and is not intended as professional parenting, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult qualified professionals for specific guidance related to your family's needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Girl Dad and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
